Rates and confirmation
Published standard nightly rates are a guide, not a quote for particular dates. Your dated quote shows accommodation, cleaning, taxes and any applicable charges. The House offers instant booking. The Apartment also offers instant booking. Whole-property inquiries require confirmation that both spaces are available. Sending an inquiry does not reserve dates.
Payment
For current direct bookings, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance 7 days before arrival. For a booking made inside that window, review the amount due in your quote. A refundable US$150 security deposit applies. Confirm its collection and return arrangements with us before booking if these are not clear in your quote.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a refund of 100% of paid prepayments. Cancel 7–13 days before arrival for a refund of 50% of paid prepayments. Less than 7 days before arrival, no refund applies. Contact us to request cancellation and confirm refund processing details. Reservations through other platforms may have different terms.
Your stay
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m.; checkout is by 11:00 a.m. The House accommodates up to 8 guests and the Apartment up to 5. Both together accommodate up to 13. House reservations include the private plunge pool; Apartment-only bookings do not. The rooftop is shared unless you reserve both spaces. Please read the House Rules before booking.
Questions before payment
Review your dated quote and booking confirmation for the terms applying to your reservation. If anything differs from this summary, contact us before payment so we can resolve it. These pages do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
