How information is used when you contact Ola Mita or arrange a stay.

Information and purpose
We use the contact details, travel dates, guest count and messages you provide to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage reservations and support your stay. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the optional message field.
How inquiries and bookings work
The whole-property inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. It is not sent until you send that email. Reservations and payments are handled through Lodgify and its payment providers; card details are entered in their checkout, not in this website’s inquiry form. Email and WhatsApp messages are processed through those services.
Website storage and outside services
Your chosen quote currency is saved in your browser until you clear this site’s data. The live booking widget connects to Lodgify when a property page opens. Google Maps loads only when you choose to show the map. Google, WhatsApp and Lodgify apply their own privacy notices when you use their services. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and booking/contact clicks using cookies and technical device information. We do not send inquiry text, email addresses or payment details as analytics event fields. Advertising personalization is disabled. Choose No thanks to decline, or change your choice using Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page. Booking works without analytics.
Your privacy choices
To request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data, withdraw consent, or limit its use, email olamitamx@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Explain your request and provide a way to contact you. We may need to verify your identity; please do not send identification documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. Some reservation records may need to be retained for legal or contractual obligations.
